Inclusion

How are we doing?

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION ROUND TABLE

INCLUSION : DIVERSITY IN THE WORKFORCE: HOW ARE WE DOING?

Real workplace inclusion is more than diversity. It’s about inclusion at every level.

To build an inclusive culture, it’s time to shift from talking about the insights to acting on them. we know that the benefits of a diverse workforce are only fully realized when inclusion becomes a habit at every level. From insights to activities, technology can foster inclusive actions

How are we moving the Diversity and Inclusion agenda forward, and how does INCLUSION fit into those priorities?  The panelists will explore how and why diversity is working to increase the pipeline, what are the key challenges they encountered in these past 4 yearsand how they have overcomed, success stories and ideas for how each can help foster a more inclusive workplace.
